Magnetic poetry

In the class we make a poet using some words. This picture is the activity with my group. one people start sentence and others add words.

After this we make sentences with whole class.

And this picture is assignment.

When I make poet, I have a lot of problem. First, continuing story is hard because the words are limited so I creative new story continuously. Moreover fixing grammar is difficult. It is fun connecting the words and help to creative thinking.  If I want more words, click the 'more words' I can see another words. When I make this sentences, I can think and build story a lot.

Analogical thinking 2

I draw inanimate object with human characteristics ; Hard working, Greedy, Brave, Passionate, creative, sad. I choose computer mouse. Hard working computer mouse is tangled by wire because it do too much work. Greedy computer muse is that there are many mouse but only one wire. All computer muse want connect wire. Brave computer mouse is standing up using wire. I think it is always lie down so standing up is brave action to computer mouse. Passionate computer mouse transform car shape.
It seems to be passional. Creative computer mouse is that make special shape wire. It thinks creative by itself. Last, sad computer mouse is broken. I feel interesting when I drawing this and have good experience that give different way of thinking.

Analogical thinking

This class, I found object that express different emotions. I went around the school and took a pictures when I saw object that similar to facial expression like a door handle, some chairs, cabinet. In the surroundings there are a lot of object that I can think analogically.
And I find emotions from object in the kitchen. Its theme is kitchen object. The sink is smiling elephant, drying machine is side face of penguin, washing machine is surprised dog, warning sign is lough alien face, water purifier is surprised face expression, door handle and dish detergent are fall in love couple of bird, lid of pot is angry bird, bench is bored flog and wash detergent is screaming alien.
After I did this class, when I see some object, I think similar facial expression and analogical objects. It helpful to think creative thinking. Moreover I become to observe closely .

Artist who broken the rules 2

  Marcelo daldoce
He is broken thinking that canvas is flat.
He is literally bringing a new dimension to art with his folded portraits of women.
In his current work, geometric patterns conceal and reveal the women beneath, contorting their bodies into impossible shapes.
The shadows cast obscure parts of the artwork, giving the eye a place to rest.
In the portraits, the sharp edged paper is paradoxical to the soft curves and valleys of the women’s bodies, and this contrast is carried through the diverse elements of his work: hidden/exposed, abstract/figurative, flat/peaked, colorful/neutral, traditional/contemporary.

Osang Gwon has made it his quest to demolish the line that divides the medium of sculpture from that of photography. He accumulates photographs to build sculptural forms and he sets up sculptural forms to compose photographs.
He is a unique blend of photography and sculpture.  He begins by extensively photographing his subjects, then attaching the photographs to plaster sculptures and molds.  The result is a strange mix of two and thee dimensions.
His work raises important issues in sculpture: reality and representation of an image suggesting new definition of sculpture.

Mingi Jung
"Sewing machine is a play” – used as a motto of his work, and describing the very unusual name of artwork called sewing machine, artist Mingi Jung had a sewing machine drawing show.
Painting with a needle as brush and thread as paint, sewing machine art is literally grafting sewing machine with art.
Mingi Jung’s creativity in using sewing machines, a practice that is fading from memory, and reviving it into an artistic performance, jumps through the genres and is at the front line of various experimental arts that attempt to reflect human life and the environment.
